How does Ileero Go determine the vehicle for my booking?
Your vehicle is assigned based on the number of passengers and luggage entered during your booking. This helps ensure the vehicle provided is suitable for your group and luggage requirements.
Can I choose a specific vehicle?
For standard bookings, the vehicle is assigned based on your passenger and luggage requirements. If you require a specific or premium vehicle, you can submit a Custom Quote request, subject to availability.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Provide your flight number when making an airport booking. Your flight information helps our team monitor changes and coordinate your pickup if your arrival time changes.
How long will my chauffeur wait for me at the airport?
Airport transfers include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
